Racheal stood side on whiles talking to the man, giving him the oppurtinity to run.
Racheal - Who are you?
Random - I'm Joe, J-o-e.
Racheal - Okay.. I'm Racheal, R-a-c-h-e-a-l
Joe - Nice to meet you Racheal, the girl down stairs in my daughter.
Racheal - Oh, really? That Sim-bot over ther, is Alicia, I met her a few hours ago, but she's really nice. Now Why are you here?

Joe - Uhm..

Joe - Sorry, sorry. My wife an I recently divorced, she took everything except our daughter, I'm broke, and and...

Joe - She never really liked our daughter, see my little girl, she was an orphan, we adopted her. My wife didn't aprove, but adopting was our only option, because I am infertile, I was unable to impregnate her...
Racheal - Get to the part as to why your here, and sorry b-t-w.
Joe - Once she took everything, she tossed us out. She told my boss to fire me, and he did. So with no job and no income, I took refuge here, because it is a dump, and I never thought anybody would buy it.
Racheal - So why are you sleeping in sleeping bags downstairs?
Joe - Some movers came in the other day, we thought they could come back at any second so we slept down stairs to avoid eviction.

This poor man! I can't continue being mean.. It's going to break in 3...2...1..
Racheal - Sweety, It'll be okay. You can stay here, come here.
